The room was clean for the most part. There was an odd reddish brown stain on a section of the sofa. Our fridge was missing the shelf, so storing our dinner leftovers the first night was a struggle.
Although I chose the pay at property option, I was debited for my stay about 10 days before check in without any communication from the property. That was disappointing to say the least. There should have been some language to that effect at booking.
Otherwise, the price was way over inflated. Pricing shouldn't be dynamic in my opinion.

Nice Stay at the Courtyard
I really enjoyed the central location for access BART, light rail line & shopping. The check-in staff and the breakfast/bar staff were very friendly and personable. I found the rooms to be very comfortable, with the outdoor grounds being refreshing.
