“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. “We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again. ”

Kitchen and bath had everything we needed - even a full size oven and fridge!Plus, it was a short walk to the High Line, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, the subway and buses. We used Lift some too.Chelsea is a beautiful and eclectic section of the city and we would definitely stay here again. Close enough to Times Square and the theatre district but far enough away too. Just right!The pizza and nearby delis were awesome too so try them!”
