"The place is excellent, but they should tell you that it’s very difficult to park nearby. The check-in process should include the location of the major parking zones. My experience was showing up being directed to a bad place driving around for 20 minutes being redirected driving 10 minutes more and then walking back another 10 minutes, so almost an hour to park. Other than that, it is a great place."

"Right on a very beautiful beach and rooms were clean and most have a sea view. Free street parking around the hotel but sometimes 300m away from the hotel. Restaurant had good variety for food, the other restaurant we could not get in but also buffet style. So 2 restaurants on property, one snack bar and one main bar. Plus one rooftop bar (with great views and you need to pay for drinks there). One main pool and one kiddies pool with water slides, only the kid's pool is heated. Lounge chairs available around the pool but you need to pay for the ones on the beach as they are not part of the property. What I did not like is they give you a card for a beach towel and you need to pay 1 euro to replace it and you cannot even do room charge, you have to pay with an actual card. Which means if you don't want to pay, you have to keep the same towel for the whole stay, it is not even replaced daily. Housekeeping every other day and when they start cleaning in the morning everything smells like bleach. We had the all inclusive and it is totally worth it because alcohol is also included and most bartenders were really nice and drinks were good. Most employees did speak some English. The night shows were also good. One last remark: the feet cleaning station to wash your feet when you come back from the beach is ridiculous. It just drips water and cleaning your feet takes forever. It can get some light improvements here and there, but overall this is a very nice resort that we enjoyed!"

"This is a very quaint boutique style hotel located just outside of Binissalem. The location is excellent for wineries, hiking and exploring the countryside The staff we dealt with, Amanda, Hannah and Gabrielle were all excellent and very helpful The rooms and grounds are clean. Breakfast is amazing If you are looking for a quiet location and peaceful tranquility. This is the place"

Finca Es Castell

"Finca is a wonderfull building in a stunning location. It would be nice to have information with the history of it, tho. Rooms and surroundings were clean( although one of decor pillows smelled dirty)breakfast was modest but but had everything you needed. Except one morning, when it was hardly replenished and only toasting bread available. -disgrace.staff only spoke Spanish which made communications tricky but they were very nice and try to be as helpful as possible. Our room, double comfort, needed more light and a vanity table and sitting area. Air-conditioning worked good but tap was broken ( fixed next day) and shower head was terrible spraying water everywhere but body.it would have been nice to have fridge in the room. There was a communal fridge that we found day before leaving.This place could be exceptional but lacks initiative. Would probably not stay there again because there are planty better fincas around ."

"This place is over the top amazing. We got to stay in the historic villa which many places don’t allow. What a treat! Mornings hearing the sheep in the fields adjacent with their bells ringing! It’s close to wineries and olive oil farms that can be toured. We will be back! Over the moon over this place! Thank you!!!!"

"Loved the location. Excellent place to relax and spend some quality time with family. Great for families with kids as there is plenty of entertainment at the hotel to keep you engaged. There was no need for going anywhere. The entertainment team had some sessions of archery and rifle shooting. Kudos to the entire entertainment team. Andres, Jonathan, and all others were great. The location is next to the beach with private access which has got lovely waters. The sunrise moment is best to cherish. The rooms are nice with excellent service. The swimming pools are good. Being a veggie and vegan, there are limited food options but surely the chefs went extra mile to prepare food dishes to meet our dietary needs. Good value for money. The service and response from the staff is great. Enjoyed every minute of the stay."
Hotel Astoria Playa - Adults Only

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning was excellent and I really enjoyed the food. I would say there could have been more vegetable options. Some nights it was great, with asparagus, broccoli, peppers etc but other nights there were a lot of potato varieties and limited veg. At breakfast I found a lot of the pastries and waffles were quite dry but it did save me some weight gain! I was a bit annoyed that it says there is an airport shuttle and when I asked about it, it was over 90 euros yet when I got a regular taxi, one way it was only 81 and the other way 70 something so I’m not sure what they are providing that warrants the extra cost when I was already paying around £200 a night for a very basic room. They commented that next year guests will be required to pay to use the kimena pool, this was the nicer pool with a nicer temp whereas the the other pool is very small and freezing so that would put me off staying there again. Again, why are the basic rooms priced so high if you can’t even have the facilities included. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I have stayed in nicer hotels for a similar price. Hector who worked in the bar was lovely and made a mean espresso martini! Shout out for being so friendly and kind."
