“Wor haben in der Beschreibung den Punkt....sehr familienfreundlich ..überlesen. Das ist das hotel wirklich. Sehr viel Animation für Kinder. Sonst aber echt gut. Tolles Buffet. Würden wieder kommen !”

“Bester Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen, schöne, sehr saubere Zimmer. Gepflegter, schön angelegter Außenbereich. Sehr angenehmes, qualitativ hochwertiges Abendprogramm. Kleines Minus ist die gut befahrene Straße. Dafür aber Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. ”

“The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the pool area and it also has a great little spa, although we didn’t get time to use it. The breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet variety and also fresh food cooked to order. Just a couple of things took away from the 5 star experience: the room l booked was with a balcony but the one got didn’t have one. Also there were times where it felt the hotel was understaffed, one time we waited at the pool bar for drinks and no one came to serve us……

“Feeling a bit tired, but has plenty of space and all the basics. Breakfast fine, but slightly limited options, we went for half board for ease and it being out of season so local options less plentiful. Dinner was just fine, couple of options, let down slightly by cold plates and food on not particularly hot hotplates, so if you didn’t get it within a couple of minutes of being fresh out, it was definitely a bit tepid, but for the price, absolute bargain.”

“Mega Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr modern, sauber, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Zimmer recht klein und man muss das Prinzip eines offenen Bades mögen, aber ansonsten sehr schönes Zimmer (Standard ROOM). Lediglich an den barista Skills könnte noch gearbeitet werden. ”

“Wir können die guten Rezensionen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut, die Steppdecken (ich rede nicht vom Überwurf) waren dreckig, auf meiner waren neben Make-up-Flecken auch ein kleiner Blutfleck. Das Badezimmer war zum Bezug nicht richtig geputzt. Toilette und Dusche wurden dem Aussehen nach überhaupt nicht geputzt, lediglich das Waschbecken wurde geputzt. Wir hatten dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank und fast jedes Mal gab es dreckige Handtücher, die Fußmatte wurde überhaupt……

“Me encantó este hotel desde nuestra llegada todo fue muy rápido y el recibimiento en recepción excelente! Habitaciones más que impecables, la mía tenía su balcón con vista al mar espectacular, todo el hotel muy limpio y con buenos aromas, salida directa a la playa! Increíble ❤️🙏🌴, el desayuno buffet super variado! De sabor - normal. Y el Roof top precioso. Volvería sin duda alguna”

“Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had……
