"Beyond EXCEPTIONAL - truly one of the best world-class hospitality and true to the Rajasthani ‘padharo sa’ spirit. Don’t have words to explain how they orchestrate everything - from delighting you in your room with special treats and service to offering special treats in the restaurants and going above and beyond in everything a guest wants to do. They don't nickel and dime you and keep trying to add value to your stay. We have traveled across 25+ counties and don’t think we have come across this level of genuine care that a resort has ever offered. They treat you like you are family. We had an incident where one of the kids in our group got injured and had to be taken to the hospital (100% our fault). The hotel staff arranged transportation right away and helped us navigate the care - it was truly comforting to have them support us and show proactiveness in their overall approach. Again, they go way above and beyond what may be excepted. By the end of our 3 day stay, we knew many hotel staff by their names including Pranav, Harsh, Jalal, Latif, Pandit ji and many others. The spa is one of the BEST I have seen - great therapists and amazing environment. If I could give 10 out 5 stars, I would. We will definitely come back - hoping to come back as soon as we can plan to be back in Rajasthan!"

"The best thing about this trip was our property! Such a gorgeous, well-maintained and clean property. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The food was tasty and one of the best meals we had in Udaipur. The property is located at a convenient and a prime location, easily accessible by car or public transport. The amenities at the property is top-notch, including the room, its view and common areas (swimming pool, lake view point, sunset point, lobby, gardens).I’m going to become a Trident loyalist, I suppose!"

"Tradition meets modern luxury. From the chandelier that greets you to marble‑lined courtyards perfect for long strolls, every corner feels magical. Our spotless room offered unmatched comfort, with air‑conditioning and sleep quality that set a new standard, plus breathtaking night views of the palace lit up in grandeur.The staff’s warmth elevated the experience, especially Akash at Shrot restaurant, who made our meals feel personal and memorable. Dining was superb, with carefully crafted dishes often accompanied by live traditional performances. Evening activities like pottery, mandala painting, and lac bangle making added charm, while kulhad chai sealed the cultural touch.Most importantly, our son was made to feel special throughout, which turned a luxurious stay into a heartfelt family memory. Hyatt Mansarovar isn’t just a hotel ... it’s an experience that lingers long after you've left."

"The Verandah is excellent value in Udaipur. We booked a king size room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The views were wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good with hot water for the shower. The restaurant was good and the breakfast including the coffee which was excellent. The location is ideal for visiting the city's key sites, many in walking distance or a short auto rickshaw drive away. It is located in an area that cars cannot access so you have to plan to use a rickshaw to reach the property. The staff were the highlight however. Pretty much everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Nimmi at reception was a particular standout. She was cheerful and helpful on every occassion. Overall highly recommend this property!"
