You will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the fully fenced-in yard. Enjoy a seamless arrival with easy self check-in using the smart lock. Your access includes all three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the chef's kitchen, living and dining areas, the wrap-around front porch, and the private back deck with outdoor dining table.



The Neighborhood:

It is 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to the best that Downtown Durham has to offer, including LouElla Wine Bar, Cocoa Cinnamon Coffee, Fullsteam Brewery, Motorco music venue and Bar. Amble along tree lined streets past historic homes. It's an easy trip to the Saturday morning farmers market, Durham Art walks, the Carolina Theater, and many exceptional restaurants and unique bars. Upon booking, we will share a comprehensive list of our "Favorites"! This vibrant neighborhood is a home to locals who love to take advantage of the thriving downtown dining and entertainment scene!



Getting Around:

Public transportation is readily available with several bus lines stopping near the house. For those driving, we offer free parking on the premises and street parking. The property is conveniently located, providing easy access to major highways: approximately 3 minutes from I-85 or NC-147. Downtown Durham is a short ride away, easily accessible by walking, Lyft, or Uber.

We've stocked the home with a starter supply of essentials including coffee, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.

• All bathrooms are supplied with quality Moroccan Oil shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

• For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

• We have opted out of traditional cable, but we provide a Smart TV with YouTubeTV for a live TV experience, plus access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other apps using your own accounts.

• We are mindful of guests with sensitivities and use unscented detergents and minimally scented cleaning products.

• Original fireplaces are decorative.
