This hotel is terrible. There were roaches everywhere and bedbugs. when I complained about the room, they were rude and knocked the door at 2am in the morning to kick us out of the room. I was in the city for a conference. I regret that I picked that hotel. Do not stay there

For the price I'm not surprised! People were loitering outside about 4 o'clock in the morning which is when I checked in! Rooms were clean but roaches were coming from out of nowhere! Control the roaches and loitering and that would be a great spot to return!

There were people who looked drunk sitting on the floor and leaning against the hotel room doors. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and cigarette burns in the blankets. The rooms were dingy and the neighborhood felt very unsafe. We checked out 10 minutes after checking I.

How is this place even in business??!! It was epically horrible. There were cockroaches and bugs everywhere, so much so that my fiancee and I had to get cockroach spray. On top of that, it smelled like smoke all the time, and it was disgusting. It is still lingering on all my clothes and stuff and I feel bad for everyone around me at the airport who has to smell it, so sorry! Also, they completely embellished their photos, their bed hurt my back every night, thank God we only stayed there to sleep. I never felt completely safe there. They also advertised free breakfast which was a complete hoax and a lie and even if they had, who would trust their food? They have bugs everywhere, that's so unsanitary! Our trip to North Carolina was amazing, that crappy motel was awful and should be shut down!!! Don't come here!
