  • Welcome to our modern and luxurious Home! Nestled minutes away from downtown Durham, Duke, RDU airport, Chapel Hill, NC State etc,.
    Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple seeking a romantic getaway, or a group of friends and families exploring the city, our modern home is the perfect place to call home during your stay. The house is fully stocked.

    The space has:
    * 2 patios (1 on the rooftop and the other at the back of the house)
    * Grill
    * Washer and Dryer
    * Kitchen: Stocked with coffee and tea, seasonings/spices, cooking oil, baking sheets and many more
    * Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, tooth paste, towels and many more
    * Vacuum available upon request
    * Air mattress available upon request

    * Children: stand alone high chair with a tray pack, pack and play with extra mattress and infant bath holder

    * Private Parking: 2 private packing on the gravel lot behind the house. Additional parking might be possible around the back of the house
    Guest access
    The house is accessible via key pad lock from the front door

    There are outdoor cameras for your safety, safe lock, smart tv in every room with access to prime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, apple tv and many more

    This is a Quite Neighborhood and close to everything in Durham and Neighboring cities offer. Few major places below

The home was how it was posted on the site. We really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped home. Except for the decaf coffee, everything is perfect. Definitely will book again.

Well designed space

Conveniently located to Duke University, about 15 Min away. Spacious, cozy and well appointed. Two accommodating bedrooms with each their own bathroom. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck.

Great place

Very cute home with many nice little touches. Clean and quiet. The upstairs private suite and bathroom is a definite plus. We are sorry we didn’t get to fully enjoy the upstairs patio area due to Tropical Storm Debby! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The stay was very nice one small issue my car was blocked in by another vehicle that I didn't know were the owner was. And I had to get out to go to a concert at the DPAC so I had to drive over wood driveway markers and over grassy area's to get out so I wouldn't miss the concert

Nice, but a few cautions

This is a really beautiful little home. It’s well decorated and has tons of space. Very convenient to downtown Durham and the airport. There were some dishes in the cabinets and one of my towels was covered in hair. There is also a fair bit of road noise and some noise from the nearby railway. Make sure you bring coffee if you want to drink it while you’re there. The house only has decaf. While I’m sure the host is very nice, I found the communication suboptimal. That being said, I still really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this place!
