“We were woken up by a guest threatening to kill another guest right outside of our room and when we called the front desk, the manager was incredibly dismissive of our safety concerns. We were told the guest was still in the hotel and if it happened again, police would be called. We expressed concern that the police were not called and that the guest remained in the building, however, the manager said it was “only a verbal dispute”. This type of behavior from guests is unsafe to other guests and……

“The staff were very informative and very helpful. The rooms smelt very clean and the beds were very comfy”

“Needs some work. Wall paper in the breakfast room and in our room 411 needs repair/replacing.”

“Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.”

Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)”

“My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order. I normally stay for 4-5 days, and it would be very helpful to use the coin-up before my last night. Outside of that matter, the staff has always……

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”
