"Schon bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption wurden wir super freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt.Es war eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft! Bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber, In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden. Sämtliches Geschirr und auch alle benötigten Geräte.Es war allerdings nur eine Pfanne vorhanden und diese sollte dringend mal erneuert werden. Was auf jedenfall fehlte war ein Sonnenschirm, sehr schade."

"Die Wohnung war groß, geräumig und gut für einen Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Auch die Lage finde ich super, man kann überall schnell zu Fuß hin (Strand, Einkaufen, Spaßbad, Minigolf, Spielplatz). Die einzige Anmerkung, die ich habe: in der Ausschreibung steht, dass Bettwäsche inklusive ist. Die muss man aber kostenpflichtig dazubuchen. Das wird in der Anzeige hier leider falsch dargestellt."

"Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Einfach nur toll. Nicht überlaufen, am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Zum Bäcker 5 min, zum Badestrand mit Hund 20 min zu Fuß. Nicht extrem voll, also auch da entspannen angesagt! Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Fußwege, auch nicht nach Sassnitz. Durch den Autoverkehr und Fahrradfahrer manchmal nicht so einfach von A nach B zu kommen. Aber schön, wirklich sehr schön dort für Ruhe und Erholung."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Excellent location, almost on the beach. Good amenities in the apartment. Tasteful decoration with many pieces of art in common areas. Very reach and diversified content of the breakfast. "Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
