「1人でここを訪れたのですが、他の宿泊者たちと交流できて良かったです。 予約が自動的にキャンセルされてしまっていたのですが、周辺で泊まる場所がないので共用部分で眠らせてくれました。 スタッフのSunilさんが近くのバラナシ大学まで案内してくれて楽しかったです！」

「Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast.」

「Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email.」

「No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.」

「The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. 」

「The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel. Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking. The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate.」

「This hotel is OK if you dont want hot running water on demand in the evenings. If you do, you need to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater 30 minutes before you want your shower! On our last morning, there was also no hot running water. Instead, we were presented with a bucket of hot water. There is AC in the room but this is used to cool the room only and not heat the room. As we were there in winter time, we were very cold! We booked a premium room which was so small! We asked to...
