The space
A small balcony on the top floor/master bedroom to enjoy the sunsets over the harbour with an aperitif. This room also has the main bathroom as an ensuite. On the next floor down is situated a wet room, the second bedroom with a kingsize bed and the bunk room, which is a small double with single on the top. Ground floor is the living room, and a fourth room which can be used as either an office or a bedroom housing a pullout double Ikea bed and small desk/chair. Kitchen is situated on the lower ground floor.
Guest access
There is no parking directly outside the property. It is situated on a pedestrian walkway, that is accessed from Madiera Walk down the tiled steps. Or from the Beach end with no steps. To unload, we recommend parking half on the pavement at the top of the steps, unload and then go and 'park up' either on Victoria Esplanade, D'este or Augusta Rds which has free parking and they are about a 5min walk. Paid for parking can be accessed just opposite the steps on the other side of the road, Albion Place, outside the Albion Hotel or on Wellington Crescent. These are paid for parking between 8am and 6pm free outside of these hours.
Other things to note
We have stipulated that children under 2 are more than welcome, there is a high chair.. But as yet we have no stair gate and it is set over three floors. The property isn't fully baby proofed, so parents need to be vigilant and take full responsibility on the property.
