The room was nice and clean everything was available that was needed. They upgraded me to a family room at no extra cost because I had my 1 year old grandson with me they even provided a travel cot for him I would highly recommend

The room was basic, a little dated and musty, and consisted of a decent bed, a bedside table and a narrow corridor at the foot of the bed with a small to the small but adequate toilet/shower, there was a small windows at the end of this corridor making the room very dark and pokey If you are out on the seafront, particularly if you are out lat epartying on the seafronts, with many bars and clubs the convenience is amazing, and this is likely their target market. But you wouldn't want to spend time in the room outside of sleeping and showering.

Lovely beach worth a paddle

The hotel is right on the harbour and we had a sea view looking out on all the boats and yatchs lite up at night. The lovely sandy beach is just a short stroll beyond the harbour which also houses the pavilion for food and drinks from breakfast right up to supper with fairy lights on the balcony.you can actually walk all the way around the harbour in full circle.the buses at the harbour run every 8 mins clockwise and anticlockwise serving Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs so you can catch them all in one trip. Didn't opt for the breakfast so I can't comment on that but the staff we meet were really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a characterful gem. Relaxed vibe. The guy running the hotel is very friendly and if you have any issue or request you can whatsapp him rather than going to reception, which I found super convenient. I wish more hotels did that! Tip: Buy bottled water for drinking as hot water mixes in with the cold tap.

Hotel was ok but was not told when we checked in about the noise from neighbouring business dont bother staying there if you want to sleep awake until 4.30.dont mean a little noise i mean sonload and thumbs..horrendous! Really great location, walkable to bars/restaurants/beach etc. No parking so this can be difficult to find for overnight. Rooms were huge, clean, basic. Great view if front facing. Downside for the location was the noise. The bars were noisy until 3am, so wouldnt recommend for a quiet get away. However this didnt bother us too much.
