  • Fabulous Mid Century home located in Tamarisk Rancho. This home is registered with the Historic Preservation Commission of Rancho Mirage and gives the feeling of classic Palm Springs vibe! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is loaded with amazing views and friendly neighborhood charm and plenty of views. New tiles and see through fireplace has been added to enhance your relaxing stay. The wall of windows looks out to the beautiful greenbelt of the 16 homes that encircle the large welcoming community pool. The kitchen and baths have been updated and the front and back patio have plenty of room to entertain family and friends, all while watching the beautiful mountain sunsets. This home will not disappoint! Newly installed solar. UNAVAILABLE Jan - April 15, 2025. Tenant receives a $100 per month utility cap and is responsible for exit cleaning fee.
