“The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this……

“We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. I was with my wife so we used the upstairs areas and only turned on the bedroom AC at night. Most of our time was spent in the outside covered……

“Beware! This property is not as advertised. The advertisement that the house is “Beachside” is a stretch. House is on top of a steep hill from the beach with multiple other houses between it and the beach. Some key pictures in the listing are outdated; for example, the listing picture of an ocean view from the first floor no longer applies as it appears to have been taken over 10 years ago before tree growth blocked the view. The home is advertised as inside Rancho Santana; however, what is not……

“This place is great! James was exceedingly helpful in the weeks prior to our visit. Thank you James! The house is beautiful and the folks taking care of it are lovely. Everything worked well, with the exception of the WiFi which was slow and only really available in the kitchen — not a big deal for us though; we have phones for hot spots & it meant that we enjoyed the resort (and the cafe) for our early morning work calls.
