Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. 」
