“Our entire experience was wonderful!”

“The property needs a lot of work. There is paint missing from the walls and what looks like mold in the bathroom. This place is not clean and staff were really rude”

“While it doesn't offer amenities, other than cable tv, WIFI, picnic tables, and grills, this little gem of a motel is very convenient for us while visiting our family in this tiny town. We are so glad the property was purchased and remodeled after years of being derelict.”

“This is a cool old southern house. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We were visiting a relative that lives in town and this was close by and just as affordable as the motels in town. We had the bridal suite, which was spacious. There were 2 things that could be improved upon, but are minor issues. 1: Shower water pressure was low 2: The door to the room stuck very hard and you made a bunch of noise trying to open or close it, Luckily there were no other guests in the house……

“The Villa was very nice! The hosts were easy to contact and very hospitable!”

“Great getaway. Really relaxing.”

“It was a good stay. The house was nice. Great weekend, within good distance of the track. Had a great family vacation, would definitely go back again”

“The property was very spacious. It was remote and hidden away which is exactly what we were going for. The short drive to the nearby town and grocery store provided everything we needed for our stay. There were so many activities to do around the house for the kids and adults alike. The pool table held everyone's attention. And, with the rental of the pontoon boat for the week, we scratched that itch for fishing too. Coming from a state lacking in hillsides, we did find there is some exercise……

“Very clean and beautiful property. Jack was amazing through the whole process. He was there anytime you needed him. This place is an amazing treasure tucked away in the heartland of Alabama. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!”

“The house was exceptional. Would definitely rent again if in the area.”

“The host was amazing with great communication throughout the booking process, before check-in, during the stay and also at check out. The location is magnificent! Remote , quiet and right on the water ! You cannot ask for a better stop. The house was perfect , clean , and stocked and ready for memories. The sweetest binder is set up for you when you arrive, all the best spots to eat and grab ice cream, directions around this small town, and most importantly a place for guests to write a message……

“The home was gorgeous, the views were gorgeous, went into town and shopped and went to the winery! Went canoeing and hiking! It was a perfect get away!”

“Paige was a fantastic host. The property was clean, well stocked with necessities, and exactly as described. The train does run at night, but it is tolerable and infrequent. We will definitely be back!”

“A lovely getaway in a beautiful, serene part of the state. Sitting on the back deck, sipping coffee while listening to nothing but birds and the wind in the trees is just what we needed. The house is charming and well equipped and the owners helpful and communicative. What more can one ask for?”

“Always such a wonderful stay!! We absolutely love this place!! The owners are wonderful and accommodating!! Such a peaceful, beautiful place!! Fishing, fire pit, porch sitting with a beautiful view!! This is our 3rd time staying here and we will be back!! Highly, highly recommend!! You'll love it!! Thank you, for sharing this beautiful place!!”

“I was so happy to find a place where I could go with my dogs to get away from everything for a couple of days. This property is exactly as described if not better. I would say it is like glamping with extra glam, and I mean that in the best way. It's a place to go to enjoy the outdoors, the quiet, trail walks, a fire pit, cooking outside, and then to have a very comfortable place to take a shower and sleep. The cabin is very small inside but more than roomy enough for two people or just a gal……
