"First, I would like to say this is not La Quinta and the upgrade/change to a Hilton property was needed. My stay at this upgraded Hilton Spark property was pleasant. The building is older but with charm. The rooms give you a wonderful minimalist feel. Brooke (Employee) was a big help due to my past La Quinta stay concerns. She listened and suggested a room that fits my needs, thank you. The manager and young lady (Allyson) I do believe was her name was very helpful at check-in. Suggested getting new photos due change in ownership and room updates, manager mentioned process has started. I will stay again! March 25, 2026"

"Nice clean spacious room. The staff were very friendly and the property was well kept. The restaurant looked good but we didn't end up eating there. We would stay there again for sure. "

"We had a mixed experience. The listing is not accurate at the time that I booked. It did not sleep 4 as listed. That being said, the host was very responsive and did attempt to relocate us. When that did not work he personally brought us a roll away bed to help the situation. What we like: location is nice and quiet and convenient. Super cute patio with secure fencing for pets. Very clean. Host did try to accommodate us and was responsive. I just hope they adjust the listing soon. Thanks for the cute spot."

"House was on the older side from the outside... but clean and very nicely upgraded especially on the inside! Beds were amazing! Perfect location to the baseball fields where we needed to be. Had an issue with the ceiling fans/lights (user error, lol). They responded very quickly. Tom is a great host and genuinely wants to make sure your stay is a positive one. "

"The beds were great. Nice pillows. We were in a two bedroom. That is an awesome convenience. Pool was great and really like the games available. Pool, shuffle board, chess, checkers, ping pong. Only downside was this time we had a road facing room and the traffic noise is loud. "
