Its 2 min from the train station so no need for a taxi and the ferry to Portofino is maybe 2 min from the hotel on the beach. The room was clean has a good AC system mini fridge nice soaps, everything you need. It was also pretty big for Italy standards. The staff cleans the room several times a day. The hotel has a pretty nice free breakfast that's included with you stay."

"Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. The location is perfect to explore Rappallo and also right across from the boat pier to explore Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Additionally, I had a car and the staff sorted our parking for me and provided the car back to me within 15 minutes upon request, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again."
