“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations.
In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay.

“I wish I could give this place minus.
Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being.
The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances.
I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed.
Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after.
Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i……

You say speak English and Arabic. No one in the hotel spoke English. Not even the manager. No ATM. I booked for collection from the airport. No one turn up. No one said why they didn’t turn up or said sorry. Not even the manager came to see me. I was the only European person in the hotel. Every other guest was from Egypt. Daily cleaning of the room only done for Egyptian people. I asked for them to make up my room. All he did was change the duvet cover. No clean……
