“This property was amazing on every level ”

“Das Hotel ist wunderbar und super schön! Der Aufpreis mit HP winzig klein und das inkl Getränke. Die schönste Dinner Terrasse ever!! Leider waren auf jeder Position Anfänger da Saisonbeginn war. Das Personal gab sich Mühe- hatten aber ausnahmslos alle Mühe bei ihrem Job. Zb konnte mein Drink nicht präpariert werden und es dauerte ca 20min für Ersatzdrink, wir wollten verlängern 1 Nacht- es konnte uns kein Zimmer gefunden werden, beim Nachtessen wurde der Tisch leergeräumt während Nachschub holen……

“前台服務人員很熱情，在我找不到停車位時，還出來跟我說車子可以停哪邊，並事先提供給我房卡可以刷停車的閘門。 早餐很豐盛，還有義大利起司跟整個蜂巢狀的蜂蜜，也能單點歐姆蛋不多收費用 鄰近海灘，吃完早餐就可以到海灘玩水~也可以租借陽傘&躺椅在那邊度過一個優閒的上午 附近也有登山步道，可惜這次沒有時間過去。 下次有機會來一樣會入住該飯店~ 太棒的體驗了”

“The staff at the receptions were very helpful especially Ana. Breakfast for vegetarian was limited and unfortunately placed near all the meat items and people were using the same utensils which put me off, Location is excellent.”

“Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, die Terrasse und auch der Rest vom Haus waren einfach super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen den Urlaub angenehm macht. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Daumen hoch, absolute Weiterempfehlung !”

“This hotel in reality is a 3 star hotel rather than 4 stars. It has very small rooms with limited manouvering space and you end up that you don't have space where to leave your suitcases except on the balcony. Bathrooms are really uncomfortable with high bath and frame about it, so you need to be an athlete to jump in and take a shower. There is no kettle in the room or coffee tray which is standard for 4 star hotels across European countries. I made an enquiry why they do not supply kettles or……

“Vi hadde det helt fantastisk på romana beach resort. Vi var så heldig å få suiten med havutsikt. Vi storkoste oss her. Veldig hyggelig betjening og supert renhold. Her vil vi tilbake.”

“The stay was really great. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful and service minded. It is a small hotell but despite this the breakfast selection was excellent. The pool was a great plus even if the beach is really close with a few minutes walk. The only downside was the small number of sunbeds. But overall a great place to spend our holiday. ”
