「We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. 」

「The only thing I regret about my stay is only booking 3 nights & not longer. I dout there is any other property in Ravello (or possibly on the whole Amalfi coast) with a huge private terrace with this kind of view, at such a low price point. The apartment itself is modest, and yes there are 80+ stairs up to the main piazza, but THE TERRACE. 「So glad we hired a driver to get us from Sorrento to this beautiful house. The roads are challenging to say the least. Peter greated us on arrival and showed us around the home. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights and the views from the terrace are stunning like the pictures. Peter was easy to communicate with also. 「Lovely stay! Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Ravello is a beautiful spot away from the more popular, but also busier, noisier and more touristy towns in the Amalfi coast. The room was large, comfortable and clean, but decor was a bit dated. We loved our little walk out patio with a bistro table and chairs, and a view of the coast - the only thing missing was a lounge chair to relax and enjoy even more. 」

「The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! 「飯店地理位置位於山區，山路崎嶇，除非租車，一般大眾交通不易到達。飯店沒有自備停車場，停車場離飯店有段距離且需再付15歐元。我們預訂的是三人間家庭房，抵達後卻還沒備妥沙發床。飯店規定check-in時間超過晚上8點要多付錢。浴室得水量不夠大，且忽冷忽熱。晚上窗外不知名蟲子飛滿整片浴室及陽台窗戶，但櫃台人員早已下班!這真是可怕的住宿經驗。與房價對比，一點都不值得。」
