“We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna and the apartment was perfectly located to see all the sights we were there to see. Silva was instrumental in getting us settled in the apartment and was helpful in restaurant recommendations and shopping.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“It is a nice place close to the train station. They offer breakfast. I recommend you to agree with them the time of arrival. We did not as we read they have a bar in the same building but when we arrived the lady in the bar had to phone the one in charge of the keys and the B&B who was supposed to be in 2 minutes, but it took almost 10. We were offered a coffee or drink (we were not told if we had to pay for that or not this is why we did not accept it as this is not normal in a……

“Albergo in ottima posizione. Camere pulite e comode, ottimo il parcheggio privato. Colazione migliorabile soprattutto se non si arriva per primi, dato che non c'è riassortimento. Nel complesso buon soggiorno per 2 notti. Torneremo. ”

“per la prima in volta in vita mi è stato negato il rimborso dalla proprietà dopo che il sito aveva dato 'ok. checkout alle 830 della mattina (un giorno in anticipo rispetto al previsto) alle 1430 chiamato il sito che accetta di dare il rimborso , ma la proproetà ha detto no comportandosi in maniera veramente miserabile”
