"It was amazing. We arrived early morning to Chicago from long overnight drive. Hotel allowed us to check in much earlier. Staff were extra accommodating. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend because we will stay here again if we go back to Chicago "
"My son and I stayed in a king studio suite. Nice view of Willis (Sears) Tower. Building is older, but place was clean and pretty well run. Shout out to Arturo if I remember correctly, for setting up an umbrella during a rainstorm. Location is good, near Harrison red line stop. It was August, so lots of European tourists staying here. I spoke German, French, Spanish, and Italian with fellow elevator passengers. Fridge and microwave in suite went a long way for us. "
