“After booking was completed they informed me that they were under construction. So we called ahead to let them know we wouldn’t be there until 2 AM or later, we got there at 2:45 and the lady at the desk was nice and asked if we anted a later check, we informed her we were meeting someone at 11:30 and it wouldn’t be necessary, she put us in the first room next to the construction, 8:30 on the button they started working. It actually sounded like they were trying to bust through the wall behind……

“The room was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty, there was a foul odor throughout the hotel and in the room that smelled like pee, the air vents seemed to have mold on them, there were poop droppings in the bed & hair all over the bed that looked like pubic hair. I asked for a refund and the guy told me I needed to wait to talk to the manager and no one has reached out to me. I called and the front desk worker said the manager is not there - it has been 4 days. I will continue to ask for a……
