“Ivan and Daniella were great. Daniella picked us up at the airport and brought us as close as she could to old town. Ivan met us to help with luggage and walk the old streets to the hotel. Gave us a quick tour and gave suggestions on restaurants and sites to see. Thankfully our room was ready so we were able to have a quick power nap and change from travelling all day. Check out was at 10 but they stored our luggage and suggested a great breakfast place. Highly recommend if planning to visit and……

“We were given a tiny room at the top of the hotel which we weren’t happy with but after asking if we could move we were shown two other rooms by Maggie who was very helpful. Our new room was much bigger and brighter although quite old fashioned it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The location was great, very close to the centre. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious. I asked for two twin beds and the beds were right next to each other and there was no way to separate the beds. It would be better if the beds could be separated and were further apart when traveling with friends. Also a kettle in the room would be nice. We enjoyed our stay, The staff were great.”
