“It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. “Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended.”

“Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests.
