「Excellent clean spacious property fulfilled all our needs for the weekend 」

「Property was mostly ok for a 3 night stay for the 3 of us . Well equipped .Was much smaller than on pics . Could do with a deep clean e.g. Oven and paintwork . Back bedroom double bed base was broken . Main shower head also broken . Instruction manuals for kitchen would be helpful .」

「The host never responded to any text or chat messages from us once we were given his contact details three days prior to the booking. There was no email address only a mobile phone with no voice mail available to leave a message. Neither did he respond to any emails sent by Vrbo support. Vrbo did not have any additional information about the property apart from that on the website and did not allow the booking to be cancelled until we actually arrived at the property despite the complete lack...
