“Pictures and descriptions said had panoramic view. If you wanted to see what was advertised on site you had to drive to owners house and sit there a quarter mile away At die abroken down patio with a dirty mop. Furniture looked like something you find dumped on side of road. Holes in the walls remote control didn’t work. ”

“Beautiful place and views. Relatively secluded. Access is via a rough gravel road, so be prepared to bring a 4WD vehicle and to be bounced around. Interior was clean and comfortable. Deck was stunning, but some of the outdoor chairs (stools) are showing a lot of weather damage/cracking, so we avoided sitting on a couple of them. The water supply consists of tanks filled by a water truck, so water conservation is required. Overall, my wife and I agreed that we would be happy to stay again.”

“My family and I had the best time! The host was very informative, helpful and generous! The homes were clean, well maintained and provided us the freedom and security we hoped to have! The property is absolutely beautiful! There was 8 of us that stayed at the property and there was more than enough room for all of us and our 2 small dogs! My teenage boys loved the game room and it provided us with enough entertainment that we didn’t even have to leave the property if we didn’t want to! We will……

“Can you say Bed Bugs! After the first night I had some minor itching on my right hand. By Sunday, 24 hours later I thought I might have been attacked several times by a Brown Recluse. It was that bad, but never did turn into that kind of severity. Other - 1 towel for 2 people. No wash clothes. No soap or shampoo. ”

“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need……
