"The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen and linens/towels. Two full size refrigerators was really convenient, we had food in one and drinks in the other. Check in & out was simple. The Hacienda decor inside & outside is nice and had a relaxing vibe! The hot tub on the patio was perfect for hanging out, we kept the heat down to more of a room temperature feel for entertaining the grandkids while taking a break from the river. The views of the river, giant trees, butterflies and birds is spot on as well. We all loved watching the mass quantity of fireflies each evening, with all the native plants and trees it made for a magical experience! A great place for a large group because of the house size, the extra large patio area and vast, separate fire pit seating area, volleyball net and multiple swings, picnic tables throughout the shady lawn area between the deck and river with thick green grass you could walk barefoot through! It’s a large property with total privacy! Also, a shout out to The Lost Maples Cafe in Utopia, incredible food, pie and excellent prices and service!"
