The property, set on two levels, features 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and a private barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Outside, you can relax in the private garden and on the open terrace, as well as enjoy 2 covered terraces. The private outdoor pool is available until September, offering a pleasant retreat during your stay. The property is only 500 metres from the beach.
There are 2 shared parking spaces at the property and additional street parking reserved for guests. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
The famous Scala dei Turchi is just 2 km away, while the historic city of Agrigento is 17 km from the villa.
