“I've falled in love with Frisco over the years and this townhouse only helped the affinity for this town. The property is spacious for families and great for entertaining. We cooked full family dinners in the kitchen, sat by the fire place reading books, and even had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard. “This was a great place to stay for a spring ski trip to A Basin. The bus that goes up to A Basin stops right next to this property, so it was very easy to get up to the mountain. The studio condo was very nice--well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. “This is the second time we have stayed in this studio condo at Peak 9 in Breck. It is the most affordable and perfectly located condo on the mountain. Ski in and out and use of all the amenities, this is a perfect get away for two. We took advantage of the fitness center this time - great facility. And you walk into town!! highly recommend.”

“We stayed here for a ski gathering with friends and family. Although the condo is in need of some major updating, but the location helps overcome any shortcomings. The kitchen is well supplied for meal prep and service. The shuttle to and from the slopes is a plus. Most importantly, the customer service is superb. We left behind a boot bag and Gabriel went above and beyond to coordinate its return.”

“Everything was amazing aside from the entrance outside the front door to the car was a sheet of ice. Made entry difficult with luggage and leaving to and from. It eventually snowed and a plow came through which helped as it covered up the ice but was tough going until that occurred. Everything else was great and would stay again”

“Our stay at Gateway was great! The space itself was clean and sufficient for two people. The complex has convenient retail options that include a small grocery/liquor store and a great coffee shop/bar (Steep). The only potential downside we experienced is the parking availability. We returned Friday evening and there were no open spots in the garage or surface level parking. We were told we would have to look for another lot somewhere else, which would have meant either paying or walking a……

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
