"We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"

"The c room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Getting and off thr freeway is very easy and just outsude the hotel. No 5 stars for condition. The bathroom fan didn't worj so the steam for future customers was causing the paint ti peel. I woukd definitely stay here again in the future. "
"I checked in late in the evening, I asked for ground level room because I had to leave early. Staff were very helpful and accommodating! I was worried because I have stayed at a Quality Inn and it was a rough area and hotel. However this location out did my bad experience! The room was spacious, comfortable bed! Nice size tub! Everything was clean, and worth the stay. Area was nice. I will definitely stop and stay here again! Only down side was the breakfast was not healthy. Only had waffles, bagels, muffins, and yogurt. It would be nice if they had an egg option for people who don’t eat food like that. Everything eles 💯 "

The property is close to the highway, incredibly convenient parking right in front of the room. No stairs to drag luggage or children up. There are renovated bathrooms and plenty of outlets.
