Luxury basement suite conveniently located in Gasoline Alley. Brand new build that offers a modern stylish space to enjoy. This home offers a private entrance that leads into a fully furnished suite that includes air conditioning, laundry, and a full kitchen. One bedroom with queen bed and air mattress available. Direct highway access leading to Red Deer College, Red Deer Regional Hospital, and many other amenities. Close to shopping, food, and fun! Pets allowed upon approval and addition fee.

Strange decor. Alligator skull centerpiece on coffee table, and orange wall mural entitled "CHANGE" in living room. Very unrelaxing space. Only 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 7 days for 2 adults. Would not stay again.

Amazing.

This is probably the cleanest (and nicest) rental I have ever stayed in. It was quiet, warm, cozy, I slept extremely well. I will continue to stay here every time I’m in Red Deer.

Thanksgiving Weekend Family Trip

This lovely new basement suite was tastefully decorated in a new in progress neighborhood. There's a lovely green space with benches and paths behind the home that are easy to access. The host was quick to respond via messaging. Just to note, this is a basement suite that is not a walkout to a backyard but there are windows in the main living and bedroom with lots of lighting in place. We loved the easy access of the area to main highway and the quietness of the neighborhood. Recommend staying in this VRBO.

Amazing brand new so clean fantastic

The check in was seamless. The suite was clean and comfortable exactly as advertised. Great communication from the host. Fantastic stay and great location for us as we attended an event on the south side of red deer. Excellent neighborhood. Would definitely book again!
