The inside was old, but renovated nicely.Outside steps front and back are in need of attention.Great beds and appliances.Because of the size of the family hard to remember which dishes had to go up or down. Instructions of where to leave the garbage would have been helpful.

1st Review I have ever given

The place was terrible. This was looked after by Nomadics. I communicated our dismay to Nomadics and they replied in a timely manner although there is not much they can do as we are already checked in. We have stayed at many, many vrbo places with our business, but this was very disappointing. 1st time I ever did a bad review.

The Maverick was a disturbing experience

The rental management company knew but did not report to our group that a family had been living there for a month & we’re not complying with moving out. We drive 2 hours to find those renters in the house in the midst of moving out. Garbage everywhere & not habitable. Caused a concerning crisis for our group. The house looked nothing like the pictures posted. Shameful .

House was cold. Beds were comfortable price was too expensive for what you get. Inside of the house was dated and shabby. The outside yard was a mess from the fall and not been cleaned up. The back screen door was almost falling off probably would not stay here again.
