「Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out. 」

「The location is great but the condo is a bit tired. The TV set-up is out of the 1990's. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or the fireplace and I had to have maintenance come figure it out. The heating system is loud and outdated. The condo generally needs to be updated. 」
