“The young lady who helped me when I first got there last night was so kind and courteous. She took us to our room and checked out the hot tub in the room and the hot tub outside. I couldn't have asked for any better service than we got there.”

“Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. ”

“The room and property were clean. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were thin, so we didn't sleep as well as one would hope. Parking is not free here. In addition, when you check in, they charge you a $35 "deposit." I still don't know if they will actually refund mine despite leaving the room in a reasonable condition. The TV was odd. They have apps like Netflix installed, but they ask guests to log into their own accounts. They claim they'll wipe the accounts once you check out, but……

“We got a corner room. Was very spacious and came with a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and oven. Bed was very comfortable, very nice shower. Nice pool area, i liked that the lights were not very bright and overpowering in the pool area. Very good breakfast that ran from 7am-10am.”

“Just flew into Denver. Close by Route 70 on way to Vail. One overnight stay. Convenient for group of 6. ”

“Room was absolutely perfect. I even made a request to have balcony face trees and they did just that. Breakfast was great. Hotel is clean and in great location. Staff went out of their way to go above and beyond.”

“The staff didn’t treat me well they charged me twice on my credit card even though I showed them repeatedly that I paid for the room the front desk person still ran my card, the other desk person reversed the transaction but I didn’t have access to those funds till the next day, the shower didn’t work the pin to pull for the shower was disconnected and it seemed that way for some time had to take a bath was awful. Also the room promised was shown to be a two queen bed but only had one bed, would……

“Great location just outside of Denver. Close to Red Rock Amphitheater. Short drive to Estes, Breckenridge, Garden of Gods snd Pikes Peak. They have on location restaurant and staff is so friendly. Outside pool for summer!”
