“I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage. As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave……

“One night stay in Ravenna at this hotel for a cruise that was departing the following day. Perfect for what we needed. A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections.
