I complained to the front desk and they said many people have complained about her. I don't understand why the manager does not do anything about it. "

The location is a major plus, as the hotel is surrounded by everything you need, making it very convenient. The only downside was parking. When the hotel is full, finding a parking spot can be very difficult and frustrating. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again."
