“The Hope Inn was exceptional in every way. The inn itself was warm, welcoming and impeccably decorated. Super clean. The owners welcomed us and explained how everything worked. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in Redding and great restaurants. The location was close to everything. The grounds were stunning. When we came back at night the grounds were sparkling with twinkling lights. It was magical. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our time at the Hope Inn!!”

“The Inn at Shasta Lake was an amazing, most restful stay! This was day 3 of a 5 day trip with 12-14 hr drives, so we were so happy to have a cozy cabin (Acorn Cabin) with oversized shower and jacuzzi tub. Exactly what we needed. A1 service and such a peaceful setting!”

“Love this new hotel! Second time staying here in the last few months! Great beds, shower is amazing..gotta say something with it..possibly a water softener..makes my hair so soft! My 14 yo son even noticed his hair too! Staff is great. Food is good, Very nice hotel! Definitely our favorite in Redding!”

“Satisfactory. Although had to wait a very long time to check in even though only one customer was ahead of us. The morning clerk was excellent but the afternoon clerk looked very unprofessional.”

“The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again.”
