「Excelente propiedad」

「Unfortunately, our one-night stay was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, and even though we were a family of four, we were only given two pool towels. The towels in our room were damp, and the shower constantly changed from hot to cold with an extremely strong spray that was uncomfortable on the skin. The hallways also had a strong chlorine smell in the morning. We arrived just a few minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m....

「The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive. I had a couple of minor hiccups and they took care of it immediately. My family had the breakfast and they said it was very good and I have to say the pricing for both the breakfast and dinner is very affordable and compatible with neighboring restaurants if not cheaper. Our room was very clean. The beds are comfortable.」

「This is my second summer staying at this hotel we love it! Staff is super friendly, great location super close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is a plus, family friendly, great pool, also the beach shuttle amazing!」

「The service was not great. Rooms didn’t have simple items such as shampoo when we arrived. They don’t manage parking so non hotel guests take up all the spots for beach access. Not the cleanest. Beds are horrible. The concierge was not helpful for any information. Our TV didn’t work well. Would not go back.」
