“What you see is what you get. The pictures are accurate to how everything looks. A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. “Great communication from the Host. Location is excellent. Great sunrise in the morning sitting overlooking the water and then walk to beach in the evening for an amazing sunset! ”

“The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. ”

“This was a great place to stay. We came for a conference in Clearwater. This place was close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The host was very quick with responses. Communication was great and the place was even better than shown in pictures!”

“The room was updated somewhat but there were several issues. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel. When you book you have no idea which unit you’re getting . We would have chosen a different room if we knew. Room was dark. The location is great though right on the beach. Not a lot of……

“This place is a dump. Had bugs in the room. Was told room was ready arrived at 3:20pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Then we had 4 towels for 4 people for a stay of 4 nights. Was told our room had everything we needed and front desk would not get us more towels because they said the owner is supposed to provide everything. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. Was duped on this property and will not return.”
