We liked the location of the house and the layout inside. It was a nice neighborhood for walking and golfing. It was very quiet for sleeping at night. Now for what was Not acceptable. The home was not clean. There were stains on the King bed sheets, The toilet was not cleaned and there was dust on the baseboards and ceiling fan. The dining table was sticky all over the top. All I could think is maybe the cleaning service sprayed the table top with cleaner and then forgot to wipe it off?? The oven had a big dark spill of something baked on the bottom. The kitchen sink drains looked slimy. The dishwasher was not unloaded from the previous renter and there was a pile of rags left on the table. And the BBQ grill would not light when we attempted to cook dinner so we had to send a friend to the store as there was not even a match in the house. The owner was notified and the next day someone left a lighter for the grill. We did not use the stove top or oven.Unless this listing says that they Fired the cleaning service I would not recommend staying here. If it was clean it would be a nice rental.
