"Have stayed at this cottage a number of times in the past and we knew what to expect. It is always clean. Very clean this time but we were obviously first renters of the season and there was an overwhelming musty odor that even four days of open windows couldn't kill. My only other complaint would be the lack of silverware.The cottage is well maintained for its age. We are always comfortable there. If accessibility is an issue this is not your place. "I really did not know what to expect renting this, but I have to stay it was the perfect spot. The apartment was clean, airy and extremely comfortable. The marina is small, quiet and efficient. The bar was small, but it brought a smile to our faces seeing and hearing small gatherings laughing and having a good time. Whitney is a great host and always working hard to keep the place maintained. We will definitely be back!"
