“The property was very clean and pet friendly! Great value for the money! ”

“I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active……

“We loved the cottage. It's on beautiful property. Made us feel at home. Kitchen well supplied. Because I'm in my 70's, I had a hard time figuring out where to enter the access code. My kids would have had no problems. There were a number of things near the door and it took me a while to figure it out. That's probably on me, but you could mention where to enter the code.”

“For the price this should be a 5 star accomadation. I would say that it needs torn down and rebuilt.”

“唯一遗憾就是没有配置洗衣房。”

“Upon arrival, the owner was standing at the main lobby desk, alongside another employee. He has zero customer service skills. Acknowledge every guest as they enter and show eye contact, add a smile! The property is very dated. My room stunk - a simple air freshener powder on the carpet before vacuuming could go a long ways. I had to crank the a/c in late October to help with the smell. It’s an ideal location and the ladies at front desk were very kind. Breakfast - forget about it. A one bed……

“The owner is great, and easy to understand and work with, he makes sure you like everything before you stay and genuinely, for the price you can’t beat it, it’s not a 5 star resort but it is clean and most importantly, no bugs at all!!! 10 outta 10 highly recommend!”

“Different size beds”

“Overall it's good, I drove past the down , and only stay one night . Bed was ok . ”

“Great communication and checking to ensure all was well.”

“This was a great house to stay in for a quick trip to Martinsville-- Plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking. There were three bedrooms (all with double or larger beds) and one bathroom. Easy to check in and great set up. Thanks!”

“This was an amazing place to stay!”

“Loved Max and Cherub the restaurant. Friendliest and most welcoming folks. Great motel!”

“Cute, updated home with plenty of space for our family of three adults. The host was quick to respond to inquiries. ”
