Excellent Accommodations

The house was very clean and everything was better than expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely large and plenty of comfortable seating in the living/dining/kitchen area for a large group. We will definitely stay here again!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids, 1 being special needs. This house was absolutely perfect! Great location! We had 1 issue with the washer, I text them at 11pm, they responded right away and had someone there the next day! We highly recommend this property and we would definitely book here again!

Great Location

The house is located in a great community. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is close by. Silver Dollar City is close and easy to get to and the shows and other activities are just down the road. The only complaint I have is about the BBQ grill. It is a small charcoal grill like you see in a state park and it is located right next to the parking area without a place to set whatever you are trying to cook. The grill would only hold 6 burgers and with a house that sleeps 12-14 it is very inefficient. It would have been much better if the house had a gas grill.

The house was fabulous, your team was very responsive when I reached out a coupleTimes. The swimming pool and area was clean and safe. We liked the gated community and being so close to everything. The check in process at the Welcome center was also easy, fast and professional.

Great location for Branson Activities

We rented this property for a family gathering at the last minute. It is located in a gated community and was very quiet. That said the place could have been cleaner. Also the bedding was old.

Fantastic Place to Stay in the Ozarks

This is a great property. It fit our needs perfectly for a recent visit to the area. The neighborhood is quite amazing with its rolling hills. It's not far from Top of the Rock and all the attractions downtown. We would definitely consider staying here again. One thing to note, the listing says it sleeps 14. This includes the sofa sleeper mentioned in the description. However, it appears the sofa was replaced at sometime with one that does not include a pull-out sleeper bed(different from the one in the listing pictures). Other than that, I have no complaints.

Bathroom tub and shower

I let a note for cleaners. The tub grout was molded also the shower door corner was black. Tubs in 2 of the rooms. I didn't check them all. So they weren't used.

Yearly gathering

We come to Branson 2-3 times per year and rent homes via VRBO and I feel as though this rental fell short in many areas. Bedroom 2 is listed as having 2 king size beds (which it does not). Therefore, one of the 14 of our guest was not able to sleep in a bed. There were only 4-6 wash rags in the entire house that is supposed to accommodate 14 people. The kitchen was very minimally stocked (in comparison to other VRBO homes that I have stayed at in the Branson area). When trying to ask questions about parking , I was instructed to reach out to the welcome center and it took several transfered calls and then was given different answers upon arrival. However, the owner of the property does respond in a timely manner.

First large family vacay

This house was great for our stay. The layout is perfect for combining a couple of families. Lots of space and a bathroom for every room. The kitchen had everything you need as far as utensils go. The upstairs bedrooms were super cold (in a good way!) with their own A/C units. The downfall of the bedrooms were that all of the beds seemed very creeky/noisy when you laid down or moved around, and there weren’t any curtains in the bedrooms. My kids were up pretty early as it got lighter out. So keep that in mind if you book this house having little kids! I felt the check in process wasn’t explained the best. You get an amenities pass sent to you via text and you take that to the Stonebridge welcome center on Stonebridge parkway where they give you your parking pass (and you pay the nightly rental fee!). We had 3 cars and were able to park 2 in front of the house and one behind in the circle. I will also say some of the pics are outdated as far furniture and bedding go. They have been changed out with newer. Overall this house was great and I would definitely stay here again!!
