Reeds Spring Hotel with Pool

"Check in was awful, got there at 3;15pm (been on the road 5 hours to get there) and was told the room wasn’t ready yet. Came back at 4;30 still wasn’t ready (said they would call) call comes at 5:45pm, now I can check in ( no I’m sorry, no anything) so don’t get in room till after 6:00pm again no sorry, just pay me and here’s your key, Next! "

"They were grossly understaffed it took two hours after check in time to get my room due to not being cleaned yet. Restaurant was completely booked due to having limited staff and bar was supposed to serve food but cut it off at 6:30 pm due to staff "

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "

"The condo was cute and spacious. I liked the fact that we got, essentially, two condos. The condos are in the same building, which gives you the 2 bedrooms. The condos were clean but the major issue I had was with the TVs in the master bedrooms. They were the 90s JVC with the small DVD players. "
