“This is a great villa, very stylish and very convenient to everything surrounding the area. Shelly is extremely friendly and very helpful with local advice and assistance. My wife and I were in Costa Rica for our anniversary and my birthday. The fishing tour Shelly suggested was outstanding. We definitely enjoyed Puerto Pirata Tiki Bar for cocktails and watching one of the prettiest sunsets we have ever seen, which we visited 3 times during our stay. Pura Vida.”

“This lodge was the perfect setup for our family of 4 visiting the Cahuita area for a couple days. Immersed in nature and 5 minutes drive from the village, ideal for those looking for peace and quiet (except for the howler monkeys calls!) as long as you have a rental car. We were welcomed by the very friendly owners who provided a delicious breakfast on demand (great deal given quantity and quality). My favorite part of the house was the bathroom/shower, which has its own inside garden! There is……

“The place is beautiful and as advertised however the hot water was not great. Cold showers for our stay was not ideal. The host sent a passcode to check in and then when we arrived we found out that we had to go to the office but only after a large language barrier. This would have been so much better had the host been clear about check in instructions and transparent about the hot water situation. ”

“This place is an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The pool is great for cooling off during the day and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Anytime we had a question or a need we could use what’s app for a prompt response. The little market at the start of the road is well stocked.”
