"Do not stay here, it was TERRIBLE! The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty floors, disgusting tub. My husband mopped the floor (we are moving out of state and stopped here on the way so had it with us), and the mop water was black after doing so. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, especially the area around the safe and under the beds. The lobby smelled like staff had been smoking weed. The air conditioning was really loud and sounded like it was on the verge of breaking, made it really hard to sleep."

"Everything was nice - the $100 pet cleaning fee is beyond excessive. Would really like to know what they did differently when cleaning to justify the $100 charge."

"What makes this hotel great is the staff. They are actually really nice people and they take good care of the hotel, considering the amount of traffic it gets. The hotel could use a corporate refresh soon, and some of the cleaning staff could be professionally trained, but other than that it's great. You'll like it. Oh yes, they could lose the manly scented body wash, ewe. Four stars. Five for service."

"The staff at check-in was very nice. The staff in the restaurant was very nice. The guy at check out barely acknowledged me. I explained that the coffee machine and tv wasn't working and he said "ok." He could have said oh I am sorry for your inconvenience etc. "
