「Staff was fantastic, recognizing repeat customers by name. Breakfast was adequate. Room clean only every 3 days, longer stays may need to request more frequent room refresh. 」

「As someone who has stayed here multiple times this time was such a let down. We pulled out the pullout bed and the sheet was not changed and covered in sta8ns. The tub had pubes all around it. Seemed someone cleaned in a hurry. Not a deal breaker, but hope they improve for next time.」

「Staff in general was great. Loved the breakfast staff, very helpful. Thursday night check in lobby clerk was making weird jokes, I was not a fan. Room was a little worn but it was clean, had everything we needed plus extras like Kirkland coffee pods, comfortable heating/cooling. I would stay there again.」

「One of the worst hotel experiences. We stayed two nights Friday night and Saturday night, but we’re told there was no refund available for Saturday night. So without accommodations we had to stay. On Friday there were many people, including the staff that were sitting in the lobby, drinking and being very loud past 11 at night.
